Nuff Commerce is pre-launch. This page explains, in plain terms, what we do with the information you give us when you ask us to review your store. If anything here is unclear, email us and we'll answer.

Who we are

Nuff Commerce ("Nuff", "we") is the data controller for the information you submit through this site. You can reach us at hello@nuffcommerce.com.

What we collect

Only what you enter in the form, so we can prepare and hold your return-economics session:

your work email address;
your store URL;
your name and role;
approximate monthly order and return volumes;
your current returns setup and biggest concern;
the referral / campaign parameters (UTM) in the link you arrived through, if any.

We do not ask for, or want, customer data, payment details or any sensitive information at this stage.

Why we use it

To read your public return policy before the call, prepare a relevant 25-minute session, and follow up. That's it. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a request you made of us; you can withdraw at any time by asking us to delete your details.

Who processes it

Formspree receives and stores the form submission and forwards it to our inbox.
Vercel hosts the site and provides privacy-friendly, cookieless web analytics (aggregate page views and a single "review requested" event). It does not use tracking cookies or build a profile of you.

We do not sell your information or share it with anyone beyond the processors above.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Analytics are cookieless and aggregate, so there is no consent banner to click through.

How long we keep it

We keep your submission for as long as we're in contact about a possible pilot, and delete it on request or when it's no longer needed.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information you gave us, or to stop contacting you. Email hello@nuffcommerce.com and we'll act on it. If you're in the EU/UK and unhappy with how we've handled a request, you can complain to your local data protection authority.
