Standard Returns
Every eligible shopper can use the return route in your policy. Your existing window, conditions and permitted outcomes remain in place.
Returns for Shopify stores
Nuff operates your standard return journey. Shoppers can optionally add Better Returns at checkout. Those fees fund the programme, and your brand participates in positive programme economics.
You set the policy. Shoppers who do not upgrade keep the standard return route. Eligible cash refunds remain available.
How it works
Every eligible shopper can use the return route in your policy. Your existing window, conditions and permitted outcomes remain in place.
At checkout, the shopper can pay for one clearly defined extra benefit. The first benefit being tested is a prepaid return label.
When a shopper starts a return, Nuff first suggests a better-fitting size or store credit. Many keep the item or take credit, so fewer orders come back and more revenue stays with your store.
Nuff handles the agreed return journey, applies your policy and keeps the shopper updated. The optional fees and programme costs are recorded in one shared ledger.
Responsibility
The economics
No invented percentage. No share shown before the cohort closes. The first model uses your policy and, only if the conversation is worth continuing, your actual order and return data.
